AI diagnostics inside the ServiceTitan workflow your team already runs

ServiceTitan runs your dispatch board, your customer record, and your invoicing. What it cannot do is stand next to a technician at 4pm and explain why the unit is short-cycling. Aiventic connects to ServiceTitan so the job your dispatcher created carries equipment history and AI diagnostic guidance out to the truck — and the service notes come back without anyone retyping them.

## What syncs

- Jobs and work orders, so a technician opens Aiventic already scoped to the job ServiceTitan dispatched
- Customer and location records, including the equipment installed at that address
- Equipment and service history, so a repeat visit starts with what happened on the last one
- Service summaries and technician notes written back to the job record

## What Aiventic adds

### Diagnosis, not just dispatch

ServiceTitan tells the technician where to go and what the customer reported. Aiventic turns that reported symptom into ranked diagnostic paths with the manufacturer procedure behind each one.

### Part numbers that survive serial breaks

Aiventic resolves the exact part for the model and serial in front of the technician — including mid-production serial changes that break manual lookup — then cross-references it against the distributors you order from.

### Hands-free at the equipment

Push-to-talk voice means a technician can ask a question with both hands on the unit instead of stripping gloves off to work a phone screen.

### Documentation without the tailgate paperwork

Aiventic generates the service summary from the work performed and pushes it back to the ServiceTitan job, so close-out stops eating the last twenty minutes of every call.

## FAQ

### Do we have to leave ServiceTitan to use Aiventic?

No, and that is the point. Aiventic is not an FSM and does not replace one. ServiceTitan keeps owning scheduling, dispatch, customer records, and billing. Aiventic adds the technician-side intelligence layer on top of it.

### Is the ServiceTitan integration two-way?

Yes. Jobs, customers, equipment, and service history flow into Aiventic, and service summaries and technician notes flow back to the ServiceTitan job record. Our onboarding team maps the specific fields with you before anything goes live.

### Does this integration cost extra?

No. One flat $299/month covers setup, maintenance, and support for all of your integrations — there are no per-connector fees. See our pricing page for how that sits alongside per-technician seats.

### How long does it take to get running?

The connector itself is configured and validated by our onboarding team. Full implementations run 2 to 10 weeks end to end, driven mostly by how much manual and service-history data we are ingesting and training on — not by the ServiceTitan connection.
