Field service AI platform approaches 10,000 jobs triaged in a single month while unifying more than 1.4 million service records across nine business systems

NASHVILLE, TN — September 4, 2026 — Aiventic, an AI platform built for field service organizations, announced today that its AI-assisted job triage volume has nearly tripled since March, reaching 9,838 service jobs in August alone.

The growth reflects a broader shift among field service organizations from experimenting with artificial intelligence to putting it directly into day-to-day service operations.

Aiventic triaged 3,557 service jobs in March, followed by 3,983 in April, 6,346 in May, 7,200 in June, 8,610 in July and 9,838 in August. In total, the platform has now completed more than 40,000 AI-assisted job triages.

Rather than operating as a standalone chatbot, Aiventic connects directly to the systems service organizations already use and helps teams understand incoming work, identify relevant service history, surface likely issues and give dispatchers, service managers and technicians the context they need before a job begins.

"The important number for us isn't how many records sit in a database. It's how many real service jobs our AI is helping teams handle every day," said Lukasz Chmielewski, co-founder of Aiventic. "We're approaching 10,000 AI-assisted jobs a month now, and that volume has nearly tripled since March. That's a much better indicator of where AI adoption in field service is actually going."

Building the intelligence layer across fragmented field-service data

Behind that live usage is a much larger data footprint.

As of September 2026, Aiventic has unified more than 1.4 million historical and active service jobs representing more than 700,000 end customers across nine field-service and business systems.

Aiventic integrations span platforms including ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, ServiceTrade, FieldPoint, QuickBooks and HubSpot, allowing service organizations to bring together years of fragmented operational history without replacing the software that already runs their businesses.

That data becomes the context layer Aiventic's agents use to support live service operations.

A service manager evaluating an incoming call, for example, can use Aiventic to understand previous visits to the customer, equipment history, recurring issues, technician notes and other relevant information spread across multiple systems — without manually searching each one.

"Field service companies have enormous amounts of operational knowledge trapped across CRMs, dispatch systems, accounting platforms, technician notes and old service records," Chmielewski said. "The opportunity isn't simply to add AI on top of another application. It's to connect that history, understand it and make it useful at the exact moment someone needs to make a decision."

From copilots to operational agents

Aiventic was developed around a broader vision for AI in field service: agents that participate directly in operational workflows rather than simply answering questions.

The platform's capabilities include service-job pre-triage, service-history analysis, troubleshooting support, parts intelligence, technician assistance and operational insights.

By integrating with existing field-service systems, Aiventic can operate alongside the tools dispatchers, service managers and technicians already use instead of requiring organizations to migrate to another system of record.

The company believes that integration layer will become increasingly important as organizations move from isolated AI applications toward agents capable of working across multiple systems.

"The next phase of enterprise AI is not another place for employees to type questions," Chmielewski said. "Agents need access to the systems, history and context required to actually do work. Field service is a particularly good example because so much of the information needed to make the right decision already exists — it's just scattered everywhere."

Aiventic expects AI-assisted service volume to continue increasing as existing customers expand usage and additional field-service organizations connect their systems to the platform.
