How we protect your data
Compliance frameworks are the floor, not the ceiling. Here's a summary of what we have in place — your security team can dig into the specifics in the Trust Center.
Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 across our application, databases, and backups.
SSO via SAML 2.0 and OAuth, role-based access controls, and enforced MFA for all administrative access. Least-privilege by default.
Centralized logging, automated alerting, and continuous vulnerability scanning across our production environment.
Encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery, environment isolation, and documented data retention and deletion policies.

Where is aiventic's customer data stored?
Customer data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure within the United States. We use industry-leading providers with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA-aligned controls of their own. Environment isolation prevents cross-tenant data exposure.
Is aiventic HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Aiventic operates under HIPAA-compliant controls and we will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities and business associates that need one. Request a BAA through the Trust Center or your account team.
Can I see your SOC 2 Type 2 report?
Yes. The current SOC 2 Type 2 report is available on request through our Trust Center after a quick NDA. Most procurement teams complete the request and receive the report within one business day.
Do you support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes. We support SAML 2.0 SSO with major identity providers including Okta, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and others. MFA is supported and can be enforced for all users.
How quickly do you disclose security incidents?
We follow a documented incident response process with notification timelines aligned to SOC 2 and HIPAA requirements. Affected customers are notified directly; broader incidents are also posted to our Trust Center.
How can I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@aiventic.ai with details. We acknowledge reports within one business day and follow responsible disclosure practices. Coordinated disclosure is welcome and credited where appropriate.
